Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if:

• The item is in its original condition
• Original packaging is included
• You have your order number or receipt

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Dash Ducky arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• We'll send a replacement free of charge
• No need to return the damaged item

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at DashDucky.team@gmail.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (free returns!)
3. Drop off at any USPS location
4. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the return
• You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
• Returns requested after 30 days
