Slicing

Slicing isn't about cutting, it's about art. We designed a layer platform that laughs in the face of high temperatures and warping. What's left? Just hitting print and watching the magic take shape.

Phase Three

Printing

This is where DashDucky transitions from design to reality. Our 3D printers lay down each layer with precision, sculpting the body out of polycarbonate — a durable, heat-resistant material built to survive the inside of a hot car. Each layer fuses seamlessly to form the spinner you'll stick to your dash.

Assembly

Assembly is where it all comes together. Each hybrid ceramic bearing is pressed into the body by hand — one at the base, one at the tip of the arm as the counterweight. The adhesive pad is fitted to the bottom, and every unit is test-spun before it ships.
