- Orders placed Friday-Sunday ship Monday
- Holiday orders may take an extra 1-2 days

Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers based on destination:

Tracking Your Order
- Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of shipping
- You can also track your order on our confirmation page
- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to show movement
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, and at local post office
- Wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)
- Contact us at DashDucky.team@gmail.com if still missing
We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement if necessary.
Damaged in Transit
If your Dash Ducky arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Email photos to DashDucky.team@gmail.com within 48 hours
- We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost
